It's been at least 6 years since I had the pleasure of performing with both Batume and Fred Flowerday on a gig. For several years, the three of us played most Fridays at the coolest spot south of the river, the Artisan Coffee Bistro.
I wrote a few new tunes that were debuted this evening, as well as some that I wrote a while ago but still enjoy playing. I'm also happy I recently met and had a chance to perform with this evening's bassist, Victor Smith.
